the initial issue of shares is set when you incorporate a company. the information that needs to be displayed is the certificate number, date, number of shares, name of company, company seal, name of holder(s) company number and statement to certify the amount of shares and value at the time the certificate was made. If anybody has any other useful comments on share certificates please post.
